Welcome to OfficeFit. These Terms of Service govern your use of our macOS application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using OfficeFit, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OfficeFit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Eligibility

OfficeFit is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use OfficeFit for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

5. User Data

All exercise data, preferences, and statistics you create within OfficeFit are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or store any of your personal information on our servers.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

OfficeFit offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases:

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Free features remain available without a subscription. Downgrading from Pro to Free does not delete your data — Pro-exclusive features simply become inaccessible until you resubscribe.

7. Third-Party Services

OfficeFit uses the following third-party services to improve app quality:

TelemetryDeck — Privacy-friendly anonymous analytics
Sentry — Anonymous crash and error reporting
RevenueCat — Subscription management

None of these services collect personally identifiable information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Distribute, license, or sell the app to third parties

9. Health Disclaimer

OfficeFit provides general wellness exercises and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OfficeFit is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of OfficeFit.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using OfficeFit at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
